Refund Policy

Sorry folks, we ain’t Amazon, and we ain’t some fancy-dan Plc making huge margins on dubiously sourced products and services. We can’t finance a ‘try before you buy’ facility. Your purchase has been created specifically for you.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will refund or replace, wherever goods are faulty or not as described. Goods should be returned within 21 days of purchase. You are responsible for return postage costs.

In other cases - for example, where an item of clothing has been ordered in the wrong size, you have changed your mind, or an item is an unwanted gift – we will not accept a return.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

What Information Do We Collect?

When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Your credit card information is held securely by our shopping cart providers, PayPal.com and WooCommerce. We also gather information on any third party who may receive any item you send them (this includes the person's name and address) and we will retain a record of your purchases.

We do NOT store your credit card information on our website or keep your credit card details in our office - details are held securely in an encrypted format by PayPal.com and WooCommerce.

By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Purchase Of Products

When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorization of payment The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card you will be charged when the order is placed.

If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provision.

 

Shipping Policy

All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages these must be reported immediately on the same day.

We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.

Dispatch Times

All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Orders will be despatched within 4 working days of an order being received and are sent on a next working day service unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are £1.99 for a single t-shirt and £3.50 for multiple t-shirts. Delivery costs for more than 5 t-shirts and for delivery outside the UK will be quoted for separately.
